ActuallyHiring aggregates job listings from third-party employer and job-board sites, and computes reputation scores for employers from aggregate application outcomes and candidate reports. It's provided as an informational tool to help with a job search — not a guarantee of employment, and not an employer or recruiter itself.

Listings are sourced from third-party sites we don't control, and can be outdated, incomplete, or already filled by the time you see them. Reputation scores are computed from the evidence we have, which is sometimes thin — see how scores are calculated. Both are provided “as is,” without any warranty of accuracy, and you should verify anything important directly with the employer before acting on it.

You're responsible for anything done through your signed-in account. Don't use the site to submit false reports, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend or remove an account that does.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ActuallyHiring isn't liable for decisions made based on information from the site, including job applications, interviews, or offers (or the lack of them).
